Adults No-Gi Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu
Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is a self-defence martial art and combat sport based on grappling and submission holds. It focuses on the skill of taking an opponent to the ground, controlling one's opponent, gaining a dominant position, and using a number of techniques to force them into submission via joint locks or chokeholds.
IWSBJJ is the only gym in the Sydney city area that exclusively teach no-gi Jiu-Jitsu. No-gi is perfect for those interested in MMA, self defense, competition calibre submission grappling and those looking to improve their fitness. Whatever your needs- you'll find that we cater to you. Beginners are welcome at every class!
Kickboxing is a high-energy, full-body workout combining striking techniques from traditional boxing and martial arts. It focuses on punches, kicks, knee strikes, and elbows, helping students develop strong cardiovascular endurance, flexibility, and mental toughness. Whether you’re training for fitness, self-defense, or competition, kickboxing is a powerful way to improve strength, agility, and overall physical condition.

Children’s Brazilian GI Jiu-Jitsu
Our children’s Jiu-Jitsu program promotes fitness, discipline, self confidence and teaches practical self defense skills for kids of all ages.
Children’s classes are done in the traditional Gi, which are available purchase at the club.
